Lipase

Lipase, also known as triacylglycerol acylhydrolase, catalyzes the hydrolysis of natural substrate oils and fats, producing fatty acids, glycerol, and mono- or diglycerides. Lipases are composed of amino acids as their basic units and usually consist of only one polypeptide chain. Their catalytic activity is solely determined by their protein structure.

Details

Product Performance Introduction

Lipase, also known as triacylglycerol acylhydrolase, catalyzes the hydrolysis of natural substrate oils and fats, producing fatty acids, glycerol, and mono- or diglycerides. The basic unit of lipase is composed solely of amino acids, usually only one polypeptide chain. Its catalytic activity is solely determined by its protein structure. Lipase is an enzyme preparation produced by deep liquid fermentation. Its main activity is lipase, which hydrolyzes fats to produce monoglycerides, diglycerides, glycerol, and free fatty acids, supplementing the deficiency of endogenous digestive enzymes in animals.

Lipase can supplement the deficiency of endogenous digestive enzymes in animals, improve animal digestion, meet the requirements of animals for high-energy diets; improve feed conversion rate, improve the digestion and utilization of feed; reduce weaning stress in piglets, reduce diarrhea rate, reduce digestive diseases, and improve piglet survival rate; in aquaculture, improve feed coefficient, improve fat utilization, and reduce the formation of fatty liver; ensure animal health, improve daily weight gain and production performance, and improve meat quality; promote the absorption and utilization of fat-soluble vitamins and other trace elements.

γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA)

Polyglutamic acid is a high-molecular-weight, anionic polypeptide polymer synthesized by microbial fermentation from multiple glutamic acid monomers. As a biomaterial, γ-polyglutamic acid is biodegradable, edible, and non-toxic to humans and the environment, making it widely used in various fields.

γ-Aminobutyric acid

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a four-carbon non-protein amino acid widely found in vertebrates, plants, and microorganisms. It is a strong neuroinhibitory amino acid with sedative, hypnotic, anticonvulsant, and hypotensive physiological effects. As an inhibitory neurotransmitter, it can inhibit animal activity and reduce energy consumption.
